Tom Nanasi immersed himself in the painting trade shortly after graduating from University of Toronto He spent three years in the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation as a set painter applying and further developing his artistic skills. When the opportunity arose, he apprenticed with an English Master Painter acquiring carriage house painting skills working predominantly in large Rosedale and Forest Hill homes.

Tom launched Technicolour Painting in 1984. His European upbringing and love of history, art and architecture spawned a life-long appreciation for old world aesthetics, which is reflected in his passion for uncompromised quality and steadfast business ethics.
